As one of New Yorks only State Farm Breweries they make all of their seasonal brews with only the freshest ingredients sourced from the state.  Sustainability is of huge importance to Strong Rope and they stand by People. Profit. and the Pint acknowledging the importance of a strong community, a strong earth, a strong business, and a strong understanding of the culture you are entering.The name of the brewery came from a good friend of the owner, who passed on 9/11, honoring his memory and infusing the business with a sense of NY pride.
